Located within Siren Burlesque Boutique in Midtown Sacramento, the Burlesque Academy offers a robust schedule of reservation-only burlesque fusion dance and character workshops for all levels that are set to satisfy your need to sizzle…taught by Sacramento’s best in burlesque!

Because burlesque is a persona based style of performance, individual guidance is both a valuable and exciting aspect of the experience, and reflects our commitment to the quality and nuance of each participant’s time in-studio.

There is a 6 participant cap instituted for all workshops to ensure that your Siren instructor can maintain a truly a focused, intimate and productive session each and every time. If you have a group of 7 or more that would like to reserve a larger group session, please inquire and we will be happy to accommodate the request.

In the studio we promote an environment of empowerment, freedom, respect, a sense of belonging, creativity, acceptance, and fun! Academy workshops are designed to allow students to jump out of their shell and explore their sensuality through improvisation and personal interpretation of the choreography and/or costuming—after all, burlesque is an art form that is all about you!
