DANCE EXPERIENCE
Unless otherwise noted, a dance background is by no means necessary to enjoy the experience: both novice and advanced dancers will be able to discover the joy and challenge associated with a persona-based style of movement and performance like burlesque fusion.


WHAT TO WEAR TO CLASS
Jazz shoes, character shoes, comfortable reinforced heels no higher than 4 inches…even bare feet work!

Wear comfortable clothing that does not limit your mobility, and that allows you to see the lines of your body as you move: Yoga pants, booty shorts, tank tops, etc. will suit you fine. Fishnets, gloves, or anything sassy you have that makes your inner Siren shine doesn’t hurt either! Dressing up is part of the fun, so if you have the time bring some of your favorite pieces to dance in (routine props will be provided for workshop and/or class use by instructor).

***It is highly suggested that students bring a pair of long (at least elbow length) gloves to class with them for use in various movement combinations.
